Cohere North becomes available on SAP Business AI Platform

SAP has made Cohere’s North generally available on SAP Business AI Platform, targeting regulated industries and public-sector organizations with specific sovereignty and data residency needs. North enables enterprises to deploy AI agents and workflow automations within their own infrastructure while maintaining control over data access and compliance requirements.

The platform supports workflows across finance, sales, HR, IT, and customer support. Use cases include forecasting, CRM management, meeting preparation, IT service automation, and customer service. Organizations can customize models, agents, and workflows to reflect their operational needs, while SAP APIs and knowledge sources help ground agents in business context, internal policies, and enterprise data.
