Dunlop Aircraft Tyres adopts osapiens for EUDR compliance
Dunlop Aircraft Tyres has selected the osapiens HUB to automate compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation across its global natural rubber supply chain. The company is using osapiens’ AI platform to create a defensible due diligence process and gain a more resilient view of where its rubber originates.
Natural rubber is presented as a difficult EUDR compliance category because accountability extends beyond direct suppliers to the origin of the raw material. For tire manufacturers, that means tracing a large and fragmented upstream network where digital records may be limited, making manual review impractical at scale.
The osapiens HUB will automate deforestation and legality risk assessments down to individual plots where rubber originates, while embedding checks into Dunlop’s existing workflows. Evidence, decisions and compliance checks are documented automatically for regulatory reporting, customer requests and internal governance.
AI agents are designed to handle exceptions when a standard process cannot resolve a case, including incomplete data or added upstream complexity. Dunlop said the implementation supports its sustainable supply chain goals and gives it enhanced visibility for managing due diligence requirements efficiently.
