Universidad Afirme speeds course development with Articulate 360 AI

Universidad Afirme, the internal learning institution for Mexican financial institution Afirme, adopted Articulate 360 AI to build and maintain confidential training without relying on outside vendors. The team supports weekly onboarding, product certifications, regulatory courses, leadership development and financial education content for microfinance clients, while managing over 450 active courses that require ongoing updates.

Rise became the main authoring tool for customer service, risk, fraud prevention, mobile banking and business process training, while Storyline supports simulator-style exercises that mirror workplace software. Review helps subject matter experts consolidate feedback, and Storyline is also used for an internal train-the-trainer certification called “Knowledge Leaders.”

After adopting Articulate’s AI features, Afirme reported creating training 134% faster compared with the previous year. Designers use AI to draft and refine text, align course tone and generate code-block interactions, helping the in-house team train 4,300 learners and maintain a reported average NPS score of 91 since adopting Articulate.
