Replit, Google and Anthropic lead a busy week in AI tools

Replit introduced a new Free Mode that gives users access to advanced coding capabilities without a subscription, with a refreshed usage allowance every 5 hours and support from the GPT-5.6 Luna model. Anthropic also expanded its education push with free online courses covering Claude Code, Cowork, Tag, platform development and broader AI fluency.

Google reportedly purchased Spirit Airlines’ email and chat data for $10 million as part of Spirit Airlines’ financial restructuring process. The company plans to use the data set to train and improve its AI models.

Healthcare applications also advanced, with an AI-powered cancer vaccine meeting primary clinical trial endpoints in reducing melanoma recurrence when administered with immunotherapy. The vaccine targets unique tumor mutations and is positioned as a step forward for personalised oncology.

Other developments focused on automation and media creation. Developers can build a 24/7 Telegram assistant using Claude Code with memory and nightly reflection features, while Confucius4-TTS can clone a voice from one audio clip and generate speech in 14 languages. MoneyPrinterTurbo automates short-form video creation and posting, and Agentic RAG guidance outlines document search systems that break down complex queries and retry for better answers.
