e& UAE bundles Microsoft Copilot into SME broadband plans

e& UAE has launched Business Pro AI plans, a broadband offering for small and medium-sized enterprises that bundles faster business fibre connectivity with Microsoft Copilot, digital productivity tools and enterprise-grade AI capabilities. The company said eligible plans include Copilot at no additional cost, reducing the need for separate software licences, multiple vendors and fragmented purchasing.

The service is positioned as a simpler route for SMEs to adopt generative AI while keeping recurring software costs and implementation complexity lower. Copilot is intended to help teams automate routine tasks, draft emails, analyse data and create content, freeing staff to focus on growth and customer engagement.

The launch builds on e& UAE’s partnership with Microsoft and the UAE’s wider push to lead in AI and digital innovation. Microsoft’s latest AI Diffusion Report found that 70.1 per cent of the country’s working-age population now uses generative AI, described as the highest rate in the world.
