Biological Computing Co. launches neuron-derived video model

·1 min read

The Biological Computing Co. (TBC) has released Mischief 1, an image-to-video model shaped by measurements of living neurons grown on electrode arrays. Built atop a Wan 2.2 base, the model brings those biological measurements into an AI system for generating video from images.

The startup claims the model runs about 5x faster than its base while matching its quality. Pricing is listed at $0.005 per second of output, or 2.5 cents for a 5-second clip. TBC bills it as the lowest-priced image-to-video model on fal and OpenRouter, making price and speed central to its launch claims.

CEO Alex Ksendzovsky says Wonder Studios is already testing the model in production pipelines. That testing accompanies the release, alongside the company’s claims about performance and pricing.
