Morningmate adds Repattern AI to its work management platform

Morningmate has launched Repattern AI alongside new Wiki and Drive products, shifting the lightweight digital workspace from collaboration software into an AI work management platform. The system brings projects, tasks, schedules, chat, documents and files into one environment, with Repattern AI included in the basic plan rather than sold as an add-on.

The platform is designed to let AI work against a team’s own operational history. Morningmate has been building its workspace for more than ten years, and more than 440,000 teams across 141 countries use it to manage projects, decisions and conversations. With Wiki and Drive, those documents and files are now within the AI’s reach, allowing answers to be drawn from company work rather than general knowledge.

Repattern AI can be assigned to a task like a colleague, read the request in project context, move the task to In Progress and post its output as a visible comment. Smart Search answers from posts, tasks and documents, while a writing assistant can restructure, proofread, summarise and translate documents in place.

Morningmate also offers a Model Context Protocol endpoint for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Cursor, scoped to existing user permissions, plus an open API. Repattern AI currently runs on eleven language models, masks personal data and credentials before model requests, excludes company data from model training, and gives administrators controls for usage, policy and spend.
