OnlyOffice 10.0 adds built-in AI tools and security upgrades

OnlyOffice 10.0 is positioned as a major autumn update for the open-source office suite, adding context-aware AI tools directly inside its document, spreadsheet, presentation, and PDF editors. The release includes around 50 new features and more than 1,000 fixes across the online, desktop, and mobile editors.

The update adds a dedicated AI tab with built-in chat, allowing teams to draft, summarize, translate, clean, and format content without leaving the file or moving text into a separate tool. The integration keeps AI functions within the existing editing workflow, reducing the need to copy content into standalone services. OnlyOffice also highlights new modular Apps and a significant security upgrade as part of the release.
