Pichai said Google is allocating TPUs first to frontier AGI development, then to model serving for Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, agentic workloads, analytics and cybersecurity. Google is also exploring deployments of TPUs in customer and partner data centers, including a project with Blackstone, to balance external infrastructure demand with first-party model needs.
