enercity teams with VOIS and LYNQTECH to scale AI in energy operations

enercity is expanding its use of AI, data analytics and digital technologies through a partnership with VOIS and LYNQTECH. The company aims to strengthen its AI and data expertise as energy markets become more complex, regulation increases and customers expect simpler digital services.

VOIS will contribute international experience in data, technology and digital transformation, while LYNQTECH, enercity’s wholly owned digital transformation subsidiary, will manage the partnership and integrate the work into enercity’s technology environment. The collaboration is intended to give enercity a secure, resilient and scalable foundation for broader AI adoption.

Planned initiatives include expanding enercity’s AI Factory, enhancing its enterprise data hub, making data easier to use across the business, improving data-driven decision-making and accelerating new digital solutions. Focus areas include workflow automation, content creation, predictive analytics, forecasting, AI-powered chatbots, AI lifecycle management, data governance, quality control and system integration.
