AI server demand keeps memory prices rising in 4Q26
DRAM suppliers are continuing to prioritize advanced-process capacity for high-performance server products in 4Q26, according to TrendForce’s latest memory industry research. That focus is keeping the broader DRAM market undersupplied, with AI server demand supporting further contract price increases.
The pace of DRAM price growth is expected to moderate from earlier increases. Conventional DRAM contract prices are projected to rise 10-15% QoQ as supply remains tight but momentum eases.
NAND Flash is showing a split between accelerating AI-related demand and weaker consumer demand. Despite that divergence, prices are still rising across market segments, with overall NAND Flash contract prices projected to increase 15-20% QoQ.
