Generative Pulse opens standalone brand monitoring platform
Generative Pulse has opened early access to a standalone platform that helps brand, marketing, PR, content, SEO and executive teams assess how AI portrays their organizations. Access does not require a Muck Rack subscription, and a full launch is planned for early 2027. The product launched in 2025 as an AI visibility tool within Muck Rack; that original offering is now called Muck Rack AI Visibility.
The platform tracks brand portrayals across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, including variations across locations and audiences. Its proprietary SEEN framework measures four signals: whether a brand appears in answers, how favorably it is evaluated against competitors, whether claims match brand facts and whether responses reflect the brand’s messaging.
Generative Pulse traces answers to underlying claims, citations and sources, including journalists and outlets in Muck Rack’s media database. It recommends prioritized actions across earned media, owned content, technical access and monitoring, with assigned owners and measurable outcomes. It also suggests monitoring changes based on emerging stories, competitor activity and real AI conversations, while leaving teams to approve those changes. Existing Muck Rack customers will retain their visibility data through a new AI Visibility tab in Coverage Hub, with further Generative Pulse capabilities planned for integration.
