Infor embeds generative AI and industry agents in CloudSuite

Infor GenAI integrates generative AI capabilities into the Infor CloudSuite ecosystem, enabling users to write, summarize and analyze information within existing business processes. The offering combines embedded widgets, natural language processing and industry-specific agents, with large language models accessed through Amazon Bedrock.

Supported applications span manufacturing, distribution and service-sector ERP, alongside warehouse management, document processing, analytics and product lifecycle management. Capabilities include assisted text authoring and translation, extracting and classifying business documents, identifying process anomalies, and producing financial narratives and project summaries. These tools are designed to reduce manual work and provide insights using industry data.

Infor GenAI Assistant, currently in limited availability, provides conversational access to role-based agents embedded directly in CloudSuites. The agents use business context to answer questions and orchestrate multi-step workflows. Infor GenAI Knowledge Hub supports indexing and querying external and private documentation, while the embedded deployment relies on CloudSuite’s security and data privacy protections.
