NTT DATA to open AI Factory Lab in Riyadh

NTT DATA has announced an AI Factory Lab in Saudi Arabia, with the Riyadh facility scheduled to open later this month. The lab is designed for executive briefings, AI strategy workshops and hands-on sessions that help organizations identify high-impact use cases, validate business outcomes and accelerate adoption across infrastructure, platforms and services.

The facility will feature interactive demonstrations spanning employee productivity, customer experience, intelligent operations, cybersecurity, networking, software development and industry-specific processes. Organizations will be able to explore how agentic AI can automate workflows, strengthen decision-making, improve experiences and unlock more value from enterprise data.

The lab will also focus on moving AI from experimentation into production through enterprise-grade infrastructure, security and governance. Cisco is providing the AI infrastructure foundation, while NVIDIA is supplying the computing platform and AI software technologies for generative AI, agentic AI, computer vision and digital twin workloads.
