G-P connects workforce data to enterprise AI tools

G-P launched its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, a secure connector designed to stream real-time global workforce data into enterprise AI environments. The product links G-P’s global employment infrastructure with tools including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Cursor, Workday, ADP, Paylocity and SAP.

The company positions the server as a way to reduce fragmentation in global HR data while keeping compliance controls in place across international labor law, GDPR and localized employment requirements. G-P says the system can support localized reporting, context-aware follow-up questions about employee records, automated change workflows for items such as salary or title changes, and custom HR dashboards or employee lifecycle automations.

Security features include human-in-the-loop review for higher-risk actions, authorization-based access to specific data payloads, integrated redaction and compliance-focused context delivery. G-P says the server works across MCP-compatible software suites, allowing companies to turn existing AI tools into global workforce intelligence interfaces.
