Anthropic weighs $6 billion Decart deal
Anthropic PBC is in talks to acquire Decart AI for about $6 billion, according to people familiar with the matter. The potential transaction would be the Claude maker’s largest known acquisition and would add technology aimed at making AI computing systems run more efficiently.
Decart develops software designed to lower the cost of training and operating AI by helping chips work more efficiently.
