Denver agents turn to AI video for listings

·1 min read

Denver Metro real estate agents are increasingly using AI video tools to create listing teasers, market updates and buyer education clips without hiring a full production crew. Tools such as HeyGen and Synthesia can generate avatar-led videos from scripts, while AutoReel and similar platforms turn listing photos into short social videos with music, captions and transitions.

Adoption is rising as agents look for faster ways to stand out in a more competitive market. NAR’s technology survey found that 68% of real estate agents now use AI tools in their business, while RPR put total AI adoption among agents at 82%, as reported by HousingWire. Most tools operate on monthly subscriptions, often with free trials, and can produce videos in minutes from photos, scripts or listing data.

Disclosure is becoming a central issue. California’s Assembly Bill 723 requires real estate professionals to disclose when AI has added, removed or changed visible elements in a listing image and to make the original version available. Colorado has not passed an identical law, but agents are advised to disclose AI-altered photos or videos in captions to protect buyer trust and reduce risk.
