transcosmos adds AI agents to CX support platform

·1 min read

transcosmos has upgraded trans-DX for Support, its customer experience platform, into trans-DX Plus for Support by adding AI agent capabilities. The company plans to deploy the platform to 200 companies by the end of the current fiscal year, positioning it as a tool for improving customer interactions while optimizing operational costs across industries.

The platform was developed through an alliance with vottia inc., an AI agent specialist jointly established with Mobilus Corporation. It combines vottia’s multi-LLM functionality and encryption capabilities with transcosmos’s experience supporting approximately 3,500 client companies, aiming to create a next-generation contact center infrastructure that blends autonomous AI agents with human support.

trans-DX Plus for Support supports hybrid operations, lets organizations choose from generative AI models including OpenAI and Google Gemini after deployment, and includes guardrails for risk control. In one client case, replacing a repair-service inquiry voice bot with a voice AI agent lifted the self-service resolution rate from approximately 19% to 52%.
