Lattice completes AMI acquisition
Lattice Semiconductor has completed its acquisition of AMI, a deal first announced on May 4, 2026. The company said the combination creates a secure management and control platform and is expected to be accretive to gross margin, free cash flow, and earnings per share on a non-GAAP basis.
The acquisition brings together Lattice’s low power FPGA expertise with AMI’s platform firmware and infrastructure manageability technology for cloud and AI. Lattice said the combined company will serve hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and neocloud providers as they address security, power, and performance requirements in modern AI infrastructure.
