CrowdStrike and Schwarz Digits plan sovereign Falcon rollout in Europe

·1 min read

CrowdStrike and Schwarz Digits expanded their strategic partnership with a roadmap to deliver CrowdStrike’s AI-native Falcon platform on STACKIT, Schwarz Digits’ sovereign cloud infrastructure operated within the European Union. Schwarz Digits will adopt Falcon internally and make it available to customers across Europe, positioning the service for enterprises seeking stronger cybersecurity while retaining sovereign infrastructure.

CrowdStrike also signed a definitive agreement to acquire the intellectual property of XM Cyber, a Schwarz Digits company focused on attack path visualization and offensive simulation. At closing, CrowdStrike will acquire XM Cyber’s intellectual property, including more than 45 patents and proprietary source code, but will not acquire revenue or customers. XM Cyber will continue operating as a standalone business under an intellectual property license from CrowdStrike.

XM Cyber customers will be offered a path to the Falcon platform through Falcon Flex. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of CrowdStrike’s fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
